A performative lecture on the topic of abortion in the Czech context, accompanied by a staged debate with the audience.
Each month, at a predetermined time, we will make available an audio walk where you can follow one of five voices speaking based on authentic testimonies of people with suicidal breakups or survivors.
Where do my parents’ wounds end and mine begin? From shards with sharp edges, I assemble a picture of reality.
This production was made just for you. Without you, it wouldn’t even be worth considering. The fact that you come to see it can make it a social event. It might even make it the cultural event of the year! This isn’t a production where your presence doesn’t matter. It’s not one of those things that will happen no matter who’s sitting in the audience. This is about you. This is about your desires, ideas, and dreams. You’ll be playing the lead in this production.
The debates are organised in co-production with the independent Czech Nesladim Collective, which works constantly to destigmatise mental illness through theatre, and the Spanish L’altre international festival of Performing Arts and Mental Health.
The aim of the debates is to find areas of overlap between theatrical productions and a wide range of topics covering mental health, mental hygiene and ethics. The starting point for this project is to map out a network of European theatres dealing with these issues and,
subsequently, to share theatre-related experiences. The debates are aimed at a professional, as well as a wider audience, with an interest in documentary theatre and its various forms.
The debate will also be streamed on our Facebook page - Kolektiv Nesladim.
The project is supported by EU funds through the National Recovery Plan and the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic.

The campaign, developed in collaboration with the National Institute of Mental Health (NUDZ), highlights the importance of healthy sleep. 45 % of the adult population suffers from sleep problems. Aren't we facing problems from a young age? Expert studies point out that nearly 90% of teenagers don't get enough sleep.
