FROM THE WITNESS TO THE INTERPRETER

first part 1.9. Friday 2-5 p.m

second part 2.9. Saturday 10 a.m.-1 p.m

We plan two three-hour sessions to find out how we approach the theater of witnesses: How we can capture and transmit the testimony of the other.

Careful observation and listening will be necessary to perceive key aspects of the expressiveness of the witness: breathing, gaze, gestures, body movement, relationship with space, expressive elements of speech, emotional connection with what is said. The final step is the dramatization of the testimony.

Each session will have three parts:

1) Introduction and contextualization.

2) Exercises to awaken listening and receptivity from the game.

3) Interpretation work based on the other as a witness.
